1,looks like your trying to ring the clubs neck, (relax), just tight enough to keep the club from flying away, #2 you have you club position to center kind of a chicken wing style, try to play the ball like ur driver, uo in ur stance, ur club and arm should have somekind of a str8 line to it, doesnt have to be perfect but str8r, #3 ur fairway woods have a flat soul on em, they are made to skip off the ground, like skipping rocks over water, ill study ur vid more when i get the chance, good luck

couple more things i see, lol keep your feet on the ground, jumping is not allowed in golf, ur legs are there to keep you from falling down, thats all, ur posture needs a little work, str8r back no hunchin over, head position needs to be just behind the ball, there is a offsides in golf, but all in all, very fixable, no worries, sorry i cannot more into it, just not enough space here, hope that i helped u some,
